Dev Ops isn’t just a catchphrase for the deployment and server teams. It can affect everyone, artists, story writers, programmers and even the designers. Here we’ll discuss some concrete examples of ways that we have improved our workflows across the entire Runaway Play team. These concepts can help speed up our development cycle, and reduce errors. While this is a programming focused talk, the concepts can be applied and are useful to other disciplines too, so those from other disciplines are encouraged to attend.
