How Do You Get Them to Say That? Selecting, Directing and Producing Voice Actors

This workshop will offer an in-depth look at how developers can strengthen game engagement through storytelling and voiced characters.

The immersive potential of games and the impact of good direction and understanding emotional connection to players will be explored via fun interactive practical exercises!

Attendees will walk away with a solid understanding of how to find and direct voice actors to get the best performance out of them, and add to their game’s market potential.

As voice actors ourselves we will also set up a Recording Booth in the workshop space and provide hands on recording and direction for developers who would like to have some fun developing and recording some voiceover for their current projects.
