Leanne is a people advisory specialist who leads people and culture projects across NZ startups. She brings over 12 years of experience in generalist HR and specialist Organisational Development roles, Leanne is your go to for all your people questions.
If you’re looking to work with startups, work in tech or navigate a career shift Sam has got you covered. She’s done it all and got the scars to prove it. With a degree in architecture, Sam started out in architectural design before moving into design and web development in the startup space. Along the way Sam founded her own startup so she knows what it takes to raise funding, work in a founder-led business and how critical it is to hire the right people. Somehow these experiences led her to recruitment where she specialises in finding great people into roles with innovative business within the deep tech, advanced manufacturing, software, gaming and professional services industries.
With strong experience across scaling businesses in professional services and software, Pip combines her background in using data to support business decision making with her experience navigating leadership to help the global startup community grow through developing effective teams and leaders driving towards a shared goal.
