A vision is an important vehicle for aligning purpose & people with action. This could be carrying forward the intent, production and launch of a game. It could also be identifying how a team works together effectively and their common values. As game development brings together many people from many different disciplines and backgrounds with a diverse array of skills and perspectives, it can be challenging for one person to bring together a cohesive vision that represents these diverse perspectives.
This talk will focus on facilitation as a powerful technique to bring teams together, and reflect on some practical experience at PikPok in a game development context.
