Lara’s career has spanned 3 decades in the NZ, UK and Europe, traversing the arts, film making, digital production and advertising. Whilst a generalist at heart, her superpower is to lead cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with creativity and technology at the heart of the solution. Lara joined disguise in 2021 to head up the Disguise global Labs network, to unlock the power of disguise through R&D in xR, VP and the metaverse, leading teams of creative technologists to reimagine new deployments of disguise.
