As Chief Operating Officer of Auckland games studio RocketWerkz, Stephen is responsible for growing and suporting a 70-person team of game developers. Stephen is a former chairperson of the NZ Game Developers Association and previously ran his own games studio InGame which specialised in educational, serious and XR games. He is also an angel investor and has a long career in tech and games marketing for the likes of Xbox, HP, Facebook, IBM and Grinding Gear Games. He has two sons who play too many video games.
